Turn qualified travel demand into confirmed stays
HOLDUU connects travelers, groups, and companies with hotel inventory supplied by approved DMC, hotel, and accommodation partners.
Start with a focused pilot. Manual confirmation is supported, so an API integration is not required on day one.
Partnership tracks
Supply partners
For DMCs, hotel groups, hotels, and other approved accommodation suppliers. HOLDUU provides the customer-facing discovery, request, guest, payment, and reservation-status flow; the supply partner provides the inventory, commercial terms, confirmation, and voucher. A first pilot can use a limited hotel list and an agreed operational contact instead of a partner portal or real-time API.
Distribution partners
For event platforms, organizers, business communities, ticketing services, creators, and destination platforms. A partner directs qualified users to an event, destination, or campaign page on HOLDUU; users see relevant stays and continue through the normal reservation flow. Attribution can begin with tracked links, campaign parameters, or promo codes.
Group and corporate partners
For companies, office managers, executive assistants, MICE organizers, wedding planners, and travel coordinators. HOLDUU collects the trip requirements, prepares an accommodation offer, organizes the guest rooming list, collects company details, coordinates an invoice, and delivers the booking vouchers.

Distribution partner flow
Partner event or content Tracked HOLDUU page Relevant stays Reservation request Confirmation and payment
The lightest implementation requires only a tracked link or button, an agreed campaign placement, approved event or destination information, and a contact for reporting. HOLDUU supplies the relevant landing page, mapped hotel selection, referral-source capture, and reporting on qualified visits, requests, and confirmed bookings. An API or embedded booking module is considered only after the partner flow produces measurable demand.
Group and corporate flow
Group requirements Accommodation offer Guests and rooms Company details Invoice Payment Booking confirmation Vouchers
HOLDUU supports one request for multiple travelers, separate and shared room requirements, a rooming list, one responsible organizer, company billing details, an invoice request, and reservation and voucher statuses. The first version does not require a separate corporate account or a complex travel-management system.
Why work with HOLDUU
Focused demand
Hotel discovery organized around a city, business event, group trip, or another clear reason to travel.
Structured booking information
Partners receive the guest, room, payer, and trip information needed to confirm the reservation.
Controlled pricing
Supply stays governed by the agreed net rates, price floors, taxes, availability, and booking rules.
Low-integration pilot
First transactions run through an agreed operational channel; technical integration follows demonstrated volume.
One operational contact
HOLDUU manages the customer-facing flow and passes a structured request to the partner.
Recommended pilot
A first pilot stays deliberately small:
- one destination or event window;
- one primary supply partner and a limited list of hotels;
- agreed rates and terms;
- manual availability confirmation;
- one operational contact on each side;
- one payment or invoice process;
- weekly reporting.
